Fave Party Dip

Easy, Incredibly Delicious, Dip
1 bunch of parsley
½ small jar (250 ml) sundried tomotoes in oil
½ container (400 gram size) feta cheese
4-6 cloves of garlic
¼ cup Olive oil (or more to taste)
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar (or more to taste)
Finely chop parsley and tomatoes. Add crumbled feta and minced garlic. Stir well, adding oil and balsamic. Let sit before serving to allow flavours to mix.
Tip: I used the food processor once because I was pressed for time. Now I actually prefer it smoother. All ingredients can be adjusted to taste, but don’t skimp on the garlic.
