So why am I creating this mini-course now?
Hi, I am Stephanie.
I’ve always been an overly sensitive girl with self esteem issues, who never felt understood (except by my pets). I loved to work behind the scenes but disliked being taken for granted, and as much as I tried to help others wherever I could, I often felt empty and depleted inside. I found myself thinking “I can't possibly be so uninteresting and untalented that no-one cares.”
Over the years I’ve taken so many courses in search of my true calling: Fitness & Weight Training Instructor; teaching English as a second language; Reiki; Thai Yoga Massage; Emotional Freedom Technique; Lifeforce Energy Healing; Vegan Nutrition Health Coach; Eden Energy Animal Healing… to name a few.
But I realized I just hadn't yet found my superpower, my gift to offer the world, my zest for life... I am on the other side of 50 and have faced my share of challenges. I survived this roller coaster of life because of my faith, my inherited ability to laugh at myself, my family and their capacity to see the lighter side of life. But with COVID, the ongoing wars, fires & floods, some days it was hard to get out of bed.
I was tired of all the negativity! I wanted to be part of the solution, not the problem. I wanted to talk about love, peace, joy... I wanted to inspire others to live their best lives. I learned that once we connect to our inner light, we are able to claim our space in the world, find our voice, and make a positive difference.
